The soil looks very wet and so I assume you just watered them?
Now let them dry out some. Let them dry to the point that you can stick your finger in the soil about 1 inch and just feel dry soil.
It would help if you had a moisture meter to check the lower regions of the soil. You can get a decent one for about a tenner from Amazon. You CANNOT necessarily rely on the meter to tell you when to water but it is very helpful to know if the bottom of the containers are wet or just moist. We wanna avoid root-rot from too much wet at the bottom of the containers.
As Blue says, in time you will able to know when to water by the weight of the pots. Since you just watered them, lift them up and get a feel for their weight whilst wet. Then when they dry out you will lift them again and notice how they don't weigh as much.
