Try spraying with fungicide it looks like it might heal itself so just wait and see what happens.
How far along are you in flower?

A cinnamon paste might work....I don’t have a fungicide.
Is there rot anywhere else on the plant? At this point if you cannot get fungicide i would keep an eye on it make sure it doesnt get any worse or spread. If you see it getting worse then i would just harvest the top of the plant and cut out all rot. Let the bottom of plant still grow until ripe. The top isnt ripe yet BUT the bud you do get from the cuttoff is still good just not as potent. As long as there is no mold on the flower of course. Hopefully someone on here has a home remedy for you. A lot of knowledgeable people definitely came to the right place!

I would carefully cut that part out with a razor, you don't want spores of whatever it is flying loose, then wrap it with a silicone bandage or silicone tape, and let it heal.
