New Grower Urgent help needed

Out of 7 sprouts, this is the second one I find laying on its side. The stem appears to be broken at some point.
What could be causing this? Could the lights be too close for a 2 day old seedling?
Distance from CFL to plant is about 10-15 cm.
I am slowly giving up on growing. I can't seem to understand why the plant suicides like this.

Get a toothpick along side it and tie it round to hold it up to it strengthens buddy

But it seemed only three hours ago, what made it become to much weaker?
I need an insight..I need to know the cause to be able to prevent it.
These are seeds from reputable breeders, DP AutoUltimate and DP BAM.

Could have stretched too much too soon

I have a fan. I am taking care not to overwater or have too much air blowing on the seedlings cause I think this is what stunted the plants on my first run.
Something is wrong. Here is the TD in the same environment.

The first leaves are pointing directly upwards. Is that normal?

Yeah they are searching for the light. How high is your light?

I would start using tooth picks or split straws and wrap them around them. Your plants are reaching up because the light is either not powerful enough or it is too far away like Dark Mater said. Could some one be doing this to you like a mad room mate or family?

What kind / strenght CFL bulb(s) are you using?

I know it's not helpful, but I couldn't resist. The way it's bent over so radically, it looks like one of the grain stalks bent over in a crop circle. Scan for signs of alien visitation.
