Took a stab at this title.

Smoking the GSC and thought..

In both Southern and Northern California and many other states (Tenn. etc.) have been dabbling in outdoor growing--from patches to big commercial Ops in National Forests etc. for decades.

Wonder with nearing five full decades of growing: Could there be some very remote self sustaining cannabis patches. Not the old hemp for most of that is in middle states, rather, strains that may have escaped and/or remote area abandoned by grower.

Would make for interesting discussion and a novelty (e.g. Original Northern California Wild Grass strain/Original Grand Ole Opry strain ).

Cheers

Also smoking (dabbing) on some platinum gsc haha[emoji108] Not exactly what you are talking about but I remember reading a thread years and years ago about a guy who found some ditch weed growing out on the side of a back road in Kansas or some state like that..He posted pics and either it was very poorly grown mids/schwag or it was feral hemp that had been pollinated by a dank male and then the offspring gained some potency. He claimed that there was tons of it and he filled a garbage bag and brought it home. The weed really didn't look all that bad in the pictures apart from the fact that it had suffered in the sun and didn't look like it got all that much nutes from the soil. He said it got him high and he saved the seeds but this was years ago so i don't know if he ever grew them out of anything to know if they were actually that good.

Definitely--hemp if from Kansas. Was thinking more along the lines of a wild crop out in remote California. Must be some wild ones.

Platinum GSC--now that is sweet. And dabbing no less.

Cheers
