I’m just getting started into compost teas, waiting on my package from TeaLabs to come in. I have two girls in flower right now being fed GO Box nutes 1/2 strength every other watering. I’d like to incorporate compost teas as well as Recharge into the equation if I can. Should I dial the bottle nutes back? The teas will be high in P (Seabird guano). I’m thinking 1/4 strength feed, then water with recharge, then tea, and repeat.

Also on my next grow, when should I incorporate teas into the grow?

i think you have to decide what style you want to grow. You absolutely don’t need teas if you are feeding bottled nutes. You are wasting your time and money brewing teas, if you are just going to follow that feeding with bottled nute feeding. If you want to grow organically, then teas do a good job of keeping the microbes in the soil happy and productive. If you are growing with bottled nutes, then you should stay on that track as teas will provide no benefit.

I 100% agree with Iree Vibez and Sour D. Mixing the two is pointless and a wasted effort. Teas are about microbes - its a way to introduces the microbes into your soil to break down the nutrition held in your soil and make it plant-available. Bottle nutrients are toxic to microbes. The whole point of a bottled nutrient is to have an already plant-available form of nutrients, that can be delivered through watering, to the root tips. In this case, you have no need for microbes anyway. It's pretty likely that your current soil/medium is not a very hospitable environment for the microbes you'll get from brewing teas

If I were you, I'd finish this run with your bottles. In the mean time, either buy a super high quality organic soil from KIS or Build A Soil or buy one of their sopild building kits and mix up your own at home. Let it sit and cure until you're ready for your next run. THEN, on the next run ditch ALL your bottles, start brewing teas and grow organically. I'll bet you'll love it but switching mid-cycle is a BAD idea, imo.
