Photography Vaccum Packing

When is it ok to vaccum pack my stash. Should I put a humidy packet inside. Stast is at about 54% right now

I've used a canning vacuum sealer on some of my canning jars, usually around 58%. But have no idea of long term, my jars turn every 3 months or so.

Thanks for the help. Do you put a Bodiva Humidity Pack in your jars, or is there no need for one
