A few weeks ago after trimming i accidently fell asleep on an airy popcorn nug that was on my bed lol when i woke up since i layed on it it had become superrr compact and dense.

Also recently i got some good weed from Cali that had nugs that were super compact from being vacuum sealed which got me thinking...

Usually i use all the small airy buds for edibles but was wondering if you vacuum seal all the airy popcorn buds do they become nice and compact/solid and even stay like that after you take them out of the sealed bag?

They should stay compacted if they had sticky resin and you leave them in the bag awhile.

I recommend sleeping on fluffy nugs to make them more dense. I read somewhere that it works great!

I've had vacuumed buds at different occasions, usually it's been low-grade commercial, but when you get good weed that has been vacuum-packed it looks twice as good as it did before and there's not really anything bad about it. I have however gotten some bud that was almost rock hard without trichome's so it can make it look bad also.

I have been doing some research on ways to store buds. It looks like one method is to vacuum seal in a bag. And I do not have any experience with curing yet. So, if the trichomes are still sticky after curing, wouldn't they just stick to the bag after compacting the buds very tightly inside the vacuum bag?
Unless it is possible to extract the trichomes that are stuck to the bag for other uses, then I might use that method.

Put the weed in a normal baggie before you start vacuum packing it if it's good weed
