Nutrients Veg and Bloom Nutrients

Hey everyone was wondering if you could help me. I am growing autoflower plants using an rdwc 4 pot system and my next feed is meant to be onto the bloom/flowering nutrients phase. However since I had problems with high reservoir temps, discoloured roots, over feeding, nute burn etc I had quite a lot of problems in the beginning but with all your help I am back on track and plants are looking healthy (except for the damaged leaves from the damage caused previously) I was wondering should I run them on another week of the veg nutrients to give them a chance to grow more since their growth was stunted a bit
or should I just move onto my next feed on the chart (bloom/flower phase)?

Or should I run the next weeks feed (bloom) along with som veg nutrients as well?

Any help at all is greatly appreciated

They say do veg nutes till stretch stops then switch to flower. I started using MEGA CROP and don't have to switch feed same all the way from start to finish
