Indoor veg nutes question.

Wassup guys I have a Russian rocket fuel at about 40 days old. It's in fox farms ocean forest so I waited about 30 days before adding any additional nutes. So far its just gotten some grow big veg nutes. It looks real healthy.

It started off slow but after awhile it grew fast and is looking good.
I know your supposed to switch from veg to bloom nutes when vertical growth stops.

I believe the vertical growth hasn't completely stopped but my question is should I give more veg nutes at day 40 or just give plain water until I see vertical growth stop then give bloom nutes?

My concern is by now at day 40-42 usually my autos are getting bloom nutes but since this one started slow it doesn't look to be in full bloom ( very close though )..just wasn't sure if I should add some more veg this late into it or if I should just give plain water until its time for bloom nutes

Keep giving them veg nutes until you see a lot of pistols showing then switch to bloomnutes.You still need nitrogen at this point.When you see the terminal buds started to show pistols then go to bloom nutes.

Alrite here's what its lookin like now as far as pistols..

I'm thinking one more feed of veg nutes then it should be ready for bloom after that..what u think..thanks for ur input man :smokebuds:

What do u mean terminal bud

I'm not sure the term was being used correctly there, but the terminal bud is the bud on the very top of the plant.

i think vertical growth will stop today or the next few days, do you guys think i should still use veg nutes given i have pistols coming from the terminal bud?

or will it be better do just feed plain water until i see the growth stop , then add the bloom...sorry guys just never had to add veg nutes this late id hate to take away from the buds or cause some stretching cause the node spacing is spot on right now

I call the top bud on all branches and main branch terminal buds ,terminal stands for (end). The branches get ther side flowers then they get the top bud and this tells you that most of the vertical growth has stopped and full flowering is starting.
