Your exactly where you should be. We don't count day 1 as sprout... it's from first set of true leaves... that's probably what's giving you issues if your comparing to a 14 day old plant... your only about a week from count start so consider her 5-7 days... she's perfect!

What a relief mate !! Sometimes the newbie ansious its the worst enemy Let me just post the other ones and let me know your opinion.. i ve got one more hindu and two white skunks and one of them i think its overwatered thanks a lot !

I added some perlite on top and stop watering but she is growing very slow and still as the curly leaves and this foto was almost ten days ago

Watering is probably the biggest learning curve... if you can, get another pot same size... fill it with soil and let it sit. You can check by lifting both pots... when small they don't use a lot, so every other day or so, maybe a cup.... increase as they get older.

I usually water every 3rd day until mid flower when I see an increase in uptake and it goes to every other day.
