Lighting Viparspecta 900R - Hight over plants??

I searched through the boards and couldn't find the answer.......

I am running a 900R Viparspecta and was wondering if anyone on here is using the same. If so, what height do you have your light over your palants in Veg and then what height over your plants in Flower.
Any help would be great.

I don’t have that light but here is the diagram for PAR. I’m no expert but I would start around 24 inches. Then see how they respond.
