Well if that's the case I am going to need a laboratory to run extensive tests involving massive amounts of marijuana (I hate that word!!) Smoke and gas masks on the current ruling elite to see exactly how long they survive for before dying from cannabis (read - carbon monoxide poisoning / oxygen deprivation!)
