Unlucky is the correct word.
The sentence you used it in doesnt quite work.
We would say it either as "you're unlucky" "that's unlucky", your sentence would work better as "how unlucky are you?".
Like I've said before triplex, your English is brilliant. You have come on to this site and learned skills that are taught in a foreign language. That is amazing.
