Outdoor Waira's '18 Mixed Bag of Tricks Combo Grow

:coffee: a quickie update for Orange Diesel..... :cooldance: she's done and down! What a nice strain to grow she was too, zero prob's,... not the fastest, I think about 10 weeks even in that little pot. but yield should be pretty good! No changes to aroma so far, still spot-on as described.... @mephisto Cheers Mitch, this is another gem in y'all's crown- :d5:

:smokeout:......
>> Dudeski she's in a 10'er, the rest are 7's.... this isn't new to me, pretty much every time there's a plant that does this, fine through veg', then bloom hits and something goes a bit sideways,... late season it was the Think Fast, and Crystal Candy had a weird low-level lingering micro defc. that defied treatment it seemed,..... they still made plenty of damn fine bud! I feed her extra, so we'll see over the next few days,....

>> DTOM... I miss that skit! Cheers man, believe me the plant did most the work .... I got these roller caddies at a local hardware store, and indeed they are very handy! The last grow client had a yard that was a bit enclosed, so moving the plants helped get them a few more hours of nice sunlight,... here that's not needed so much, but with fabric pots, it's wise to have some air moving under those bottoms,... these have slots in them-

:jointman: ... just the outdoor girls now, until new auto's germ'ed... strain choices pending, but 3-4 tops considering the timing,.... I'll get MOGK and CQ dry-porn up shortly :pimp:

Photo crew is coming along well enough, though 11 Roses is still eating fans... I'm surprised a bit by C+2.0 being the speed queen here, though the GF is nearly 2 weeks younger.... MoB is always pretty quick...
Looks like GF is setting bud now, and mutie Sex Bud is still trying, looking better for sure, so I'm glad I kept her,... She won't make much, but it's better than nuth'!
... has some vermin caterpillar show up, one type I'm not sure who it is.. the little shits stayed huddled together, on the underside of the leaf, and did a group mowing of upper surface.. topside it almost looked like a fungal infection! The other is the kind that's skinny, green, "inchworm" type mover, that likes to stand rigid at an angle to disguise itself as a stem; these eat small holes in the leaves,... No pics, too busy getting nasty about it! :muahaha:... spinosad foliar, and apparently my dosing of the SNS209 wasn't enough, so upped that as well....

Beautiful plants .
I was wondering if you could help me figure out something with a plant or two I have had that gets sunburnt I think.
1.can a lack of a nutrient cause a plants leaves to get burnt by the sun . I am at 18°N btw . If so what nutrient and what can be done to stop it.

:pass: hey mon! Hmmm, if you refer to the odd white-ish spotting in the interveinal areas, I don't think that's an exposure problem,... I'm not sure what that is, very strange symptoms mate,... Ca is the closest match; if it wasn't so symmetrical and consistent, I might say look for bugs,....
Si is the only nute element I know of that lends increased heat/dry tolerance, but even so, that's no the same as sheer photon-blasting sunlight exposure,.... I do see the leaves folding up some, which is usually a little trick they do to reduce the directness of exposure,... get me a nice close-up of a leaf anyway,...

Will do when I get home transplanted her today Into a mix with worm castings added .

Oh and our uv index is at 11 + that may be why . The new growth comes out clean and it is only after a real warm day 31°C daily humidity at about 65% today

:eek1: - jess-us cripes, 11 UVI! I honestly don't know if there's a correlation between these symptoms and the UV,... T and RH% are fine, so it begs the question! I'd see about getting extra Ca-Mg in there, maybe a foliar too (out of direct light).... if you have some window screen material or something like that, make a diffuser shield for her to tuck under,...
