should be here wed.says48pcs*5w.thinkin that means 48 lights at 5 watts.has veg n flower switch. anyone use this type.have a lotta Lotta CFLs to grow now but upgrading I hope...usually have 4 plants going at dift ages.usually 2weeks apart...grow in 1gal soil pots for small fast growing girls.think in of changing to one big 3 or 4 gal pot n one 1 gal who knows....anyways suggestions on how to set up light and grow tips would be greatly appreciated

Thats the exact same thing i started w.......matter of fact i just boxed this light back up to ship it to their place in Pitt, PA to have my panel fixed......i have the reflector 150 and the veg lights went out 2 weeks into my grow......luckily i had gotten my bigger panel in a few days before it went out but still.......check it out
The fan is hooked up thru the veg switch and it still runs fine its just the lights are almost totally out but my bloom setting lights up fine......each switch has its own power supply and they wanted me to switch them around to see if that was the problem and i did and it wasnt the problem

That light wont be enough for 3 or 4 plants tho i can tell you that........

U should check out the Advanced Platinum LEDs.....
I got the P300 for my main panel and it is amazing the diff it made no joke.....

Imma buy another one next week as soon as i get paid and it would put u well on ur way to running those 3 or 4 plants then..........

It seriously jumped my current plants flowering such a huge amount it probably is the only reason imma have a decent amount off of a plant that only os a foot tall......but these leds kept it bushy and healthy as hell and really nice flowering now......its at 4 and a half weeks snd its what i had that mars on for the first 2 weeks of its life when i first started it........check it out......

Hey tony, we have several members on here that have the 3W reflector series and have had amazing results with them; hopefully the 5W units give you the same results!

Have you see that we have a Mars Hydro rep on-site? Their rep Tina has a vendor forum on here and has been great at answering questions for members if you have anything specific for her. Here's a link to the forum.

There's also a treasure trove of information in the LED Growers section!

I personally don't have a reflector series, but I have the 1600W Mars II, and being able to choose between the Veg and Bloom is very handy. I've noticed a temperature shift when the Bloom is turned out; so if heat is ever an issue and depending on which cycle your plants are in, it's nice to have a bit of an option to be able to switch one or the other off if necessary.

Just remember that anything new takes some time to get the hang of it. I came from strictly HPS/MH lights to LED and I hated it at first. Found myself blaming the light at times. Truth was, I just needed to give it some time and put the EFFORT in on my own time to learn what to do. I'm working into a 3rd grow with my LED and the plants are getting bigger, looking better, and ultimately I'm starting to (slowly) dial some things in!

Good luck to ya bro! :pass: Be sure to start a journal when that baby arrives and let's see the magic happen!

I came really close to buying that big mars panel but ultimately the only reason i didnt is bc i read that smaller medium sized panels are better for coverage and getting to the underparts really well......
So i got a small 150 reflector to start is was the 3 watt.....and it did really well......ran into an issue w it and mars worked it out w me very well so far......im ab to send my light out to be repaired for free so customer service is a huge plus w mars i can tell you that firsthand.......
So all in all mars is a good company w good prices for a decent panel.......
Thats for sure.......

Hey guys run veg and grow together in both veg and bloom phase for maximum results a 32 by 32 by 63 I personally would go with two of those leds for a three foot by three foot area by five foot. You will grow some nice plants with that coverage. Growng with leds u want a ambient temperature of 80 to 85 degrees Fahrenheit to asorb the nutrients uptake your water. HPS the ambient temp 75 to 78 degrees Fahrenheit because they admit so much heat where as leds do not. That is where new led growers can make a mistake. Use a good soil less mix like sunshine mix #4 for a grow medium or pro mix hp. Use 3 gallon airpot or 3 gallon botanicare Hercules pots. Imo opinion too I would go with three leds in that space they would draw from the wall about 80 watts a piece st a true 240 watts of led would rock that tent. they under drive the leds so they last they usually run a little over half power. I have some led experience oh yea and advanced

Mars Hydro Reflectors will to do the job nicely i think. Used 2 of em for my last grow. Using a 80x80x160cm growtent. 20/4 light cycle, Tangs feeding schedule :). All em got me about a little more then 50 grams dry per plant. There are all Dutch Passion, Autoblackberry Kush, Auto Mazar and Blue Automazar. Could have been a little more, had some budrot :(. My own fault noobing things up.
