There are two ways of putting a picture in your post.
First one is to drag and drop your picture into the reply box.
Second method is to click "Upload a File" tab next to the reply button. Then select the picture you want to upload. You will then have the option of choosing "thumbnail" or full sized. I personally prefer full size, it is nicer to see a full size pic in thread but that's just my preference.
It is possible that you may try to upload pictures with a file size that is too large, so a photo compression tool would be needed to reduce the file size. I use Fileminimizer but there are loads of programs which will do this.
