A member has been trying to contact grow northern for warranty issues and they are not responding via call or email. Members light is faulty and he managed to speak to someone and was provided an email to contact and that has done nothing, he's had no response.
I think it's unacceptable tbh and thought I'd post this in hope GN see it.
