Extraction Waste not, want not?

Anyone here ever try an ethanol extraction on post-blast material?

I have some stuff from a couple runs that I saved (it still looks kinda frosty) and some everclear, thinking of giving it a go.

My thoughts thus far are that chlorophyll not really a concern, material was already cured, dried and ground. Also, if the product is a little darker whatever it was going in the trash otherwise. So if I basically let the material sit at RT with agitation, put it in the freezer after to precipitate lipids, then strain cold and purge, I should get the leftovers.

If it still looks frosty, I'd give it a go.
When I extract with different solvents, like oils, glycerin or a quick wash, I know I didn't get everything out of the material. So before it's thrown away I run grain alcohol through it. I get some interesting solutions...this can be evaporated down and put in rubs, capsules or if not decarbed can be smoked.
We haven't done BHO for a while, but I assumed it got everything out.

If you can still see trichomes you should get something.
If you do it, I'd like to know how it turns out.

if you can see sparkles then chances are there are still trichs in it.so well worth a go at another extraction,be that bho/iso/alc.
traditionally bho is only run the once,but i have seen/heard of some people empty tubes/dry out/re pack and run bho a 2nd time.
as you have alc to hand,well worth a try if it was only going to get dumped.you may be surprized at the return.
