First off i just want to say that i understand that this is partly my fault but i am furious with how this ended.
Normally i have gone with attitude but they arent accepting debit/credit cards anymore so it put me in a bad spot. I looked around at every seedbank without good luck. So i tried to look for paypal options, not many. So then it became okay bitcoin is the way to go. Just gotta figure out how to do it. I followed the instructions and paid for the amount of bitcoin i needed to buy the order of seeds from seedsman.
I ordered quite a few seeds(around 20-30) along with 23 freebies that was available on thanksgiving(11/23/17). Seedsman was having a huge black friday/cyber monday sale in which i definitely wanted to partake in. So i placed an order.
A week later, on the 28th. I get an email saying that my order was canceled. I was confused and worried to say the least. I created a ticket on their website. For 2 days no one responded so i created another ticket.
A response finally was that i underpaid by about 200 USD$. My order was only 203$ or something like that after the bitcoin discount and other black friday discounts. The response included that i needed to pay 0.02493105 in bitcoins amd once i did that it would be shippred to me. So i went to my wallet and i sent it again
At this point my 2nd ticket that i created asking what the deal was with no response was combined with the first one.
On the same day they responded to me(november 28th, a tuesday), i sent back another response saying i paid the amount said and i wanted to make sure it worked. For the next 30 minutes i sat there wondering what went wrong and how that could have happened because i followed the directions accordingly. I came to the conclusion that it could be the fact that my wallet was in mBTC and they wanted BTC(again ive never used bitcoin before so how was i supposed to know?). I messaged them again on the same day saying that i think my wallet is in mBTC and that im not sure if thats whats wrong or what. I also realized that i was getting charged for every transaction fee in bitcoin which i didnt know as well(dumb on my part).
Now from the 28th, till the next time i messaged them, on the 5th of December (7 days later) i asked them to please contact me so we can figure it all out because i really wanted my seeds and i was already waiting since november 23rd (original order date).
No one responded until december 8th (10 days after their previous response) finally telling me that im sending mBTC and that i need to send BTC. I responded about 3 hours later saying....
December 8th:
"Okay how much bitcoin do i owe now? Now that i understand what happened i will have to buy more bitcoins to make the payment. I only have 24.2003 mBTC. There is also a fee i guess for each of my transactios. How much do i need now? Please respond before next week as i would like to get it paid asap"
It was a friday so of course they wouldnt respond until next week...
December 12th i sent another 2 messages:
" Let me know how much more US $ i need to buy in bitcoin in order to finally get my seeds. Thank you."
"Also, am i still getting the black friday discounts that i was receiving at the time of trying to purchase the seeds?"
They responded yesterday, the 14th of december...
"Unfortunately we cannot give you the same discounts as before - you will get 25% off your first Bitcoin order.
As your first payment was so low I can give you loyalty points for €1 but the amount is too small to refund.
Please place a new order on our website when you are ready.

At this point im literally furious. I have a childish response here:
You've got to be kidding me the only reason I had to wait an extra almost 3 weeks is because you guys take 4 days to respond to everything that I keep sending to you so now I can't get the discounts and now I don't even want to buy this because now I have to pay an extra $100 at least to buy the seeds that is absolutely ridiculous I tried to buy the seeds and I messed up but it was my first bitcoin purchase

Now i know that was a bad response but from the moment i ordered the seeds on 11/23/17 until this moment 12/15/17 i have been waiting to get this payment figured out the right way. Obviously i wanted the black friday discounts and now the rep is telling me i cant get them? I know i messed up. I really did. But dont tell me that i cant get what i ordered because now its been too long? At one point i had to wait a whole 10 days for a response from a customer service rep.
This is my first time EVER ordering from another seedbank other than attitude. I messed up my bitcoin scenario, i had no idea i got charged per transaction of bitcoin (again my fault).
Not to mention in a message by "gordon" originally he said he could refund my small bitcoin transactions and then later said that it was too small of a transaction and they could give me a reward point for my trouble...like wtf
I am very unhappy and i understand that i probably wont get my discounts, or even anything for my trouble. I feel like i wasted my time and now im writing a bad review which i almost never do but i am feeling very screwed over right now.
Im sorry about the essay and my raging, but this is ridiculous and someone needs to hear about it so why not you guys?
