I don't recall this ever happening with my other organic soil grows but a few leaves on one of the strains are wet underneath.

It's not overly humid and I am not overwatering. Any ideas why this is happening or if I should be concerned?

ON EDIT: I switched my circulation fans to come on with the light instead of the exhaust fan so the air movement will be increased.

Air movement is lacking .... also what is the temperature and RH? as others have said your VPD is not correct - search for VPD Chart and get the correct Temp and RH numbers you’ll should be striving for and you will need to get better air movement in your tent and possibly trim some leaves .... Good luck.
