New Grower water question

I have really bad water were I'm at can I use bottled water? If so what kind should I use spring or distilled?

So how bad is it? Can you drink it? Just curious and a bit nosy!! If I had to make the choice I think I would use spring water. I filter my tap water before I use it. 2sediment and 2 carbon.
