New Grower Weed Under Galss?

Does anyone know if growing under a sheet of glass or plexiglass works? I need to compress plants because of the limiter vertical space I have to grow in. I have 24" of vert space at the most. Are there better ways to grow in 24"? https://www.autoflower.org/f44/first-timer-33036.html

It could reflect the light and burn the plants. Have you tried tying down? Lst? 24 inches is not a lot, considering the pot adds height

I pulled the tops of the plants over as they grew to get them to bud profusely. They've grown up past the light?

I have 24" from the top of the res on my hydro unit to the bottom of the light.

Hey bro glass could work. HID vent hoods have a tempered glass seal and it doesn't affect the light. But instead of that I would recommend you tie down the branches (Low Stress Training) and also get yourself a trellis net. After you LST the new growth you can weave through the netting so that it never grows much higher than where you place the net.

I am going to have to figure out LST. I pulled the tops of my plants horizontally trying to increase the number of bud sites. I've read a lot about LST but seem to have missed my window of opportunity. I really want to find the easiest most fool proof method of growing in a short space. I may try an experiment with a sheet of clear plastic. Thanks for looking.
