New Grower Week 1

What does everybody class as week 1? Is it as soon as they pop their heads out of the dirt or is it when they show their 2nd or 3rd set of leaves?

I go with 7 days after they pop from out of the mix. That is one week old.

I call Day 1 the begining of week 1, but it's academic as long as your counting the days it doesn't really matter.

I start counting when the last seed sprouts and opens up.So some might be 1-2 days older.

I count when I sow the seed but think I night start counting when they pop up cuz some take longer than others to sprout.
