If you read something and it instructions is use in week 3, would you say thats day 15 to day 21 and not after the week 3

I also use that guide from the point a seed cracks but know some don't count the first week of germination and some don't count the 1st 2wk of flower as part of the flowering cycle.

It really depends on what you're gonna be using, sounds like a fert or some kind of innoculant. I start counting after the seedling breaks ground.

Just going to start feeding the compost tea in flower but it says from wk 3 so is that day 15 or day 22 lol

What kind of soil are you using? Thats the big deal right there. If your soil has nutes in it I would wait 30 days minimum

But from the day you see that sprout break ground. 21 days from then would be the 3rd week as far as feed is concerned. At least thats how I look at it. To be clear the day it breaks ground is day 1 for me.

When the seeds pop up, thats day 1. As far as overall time to grow, add a week or two to the breeders time-frame.

Week 3 for me starts on day 15

Week 2 = Days 8-14
Week 3 = Days 15-21 etc...
I count from the day the sprout breaks the soil
