S'pose I should have made one of these to say "Hello" to those who's grow journals and whatnot I've been following for the past couple of months.

"Hello."
I originally found this forum whilst searching Google for monster autoflowers... Mr. Ganjamoto's 1kg plant popped up, and I decided I'd give it a go. Right now I'm planning on using my version of an RWDC, (35 gallons of water...between two totes), a (supposedly) 1000 watt full spectrum LED ((interestingly enough, You can feel it giving you sunburn if you're within 24" of it)) and a 4'x4' grow tent for now, until I get the money for one of those plasma/LEP lights.
My entire family works with two green thumbs, So who knows, maybe I'll be the one to set a 3kg/plant record haha.

I live in a generally bad area, So I'll be running the strains that supposedly don't put off more of a stank than my carbon filters can handle... Don't need my dogs to wind up with aids or the clap or something from chewing up a tweaker that thought herb was worth the risk.

Not sure what I'll run, yet, honestly. Any suggestions?

Welcome aboard! You are definitely going big! Just getting a pound from an autoflower is a huge achievement! And why not you!! You can break that! I know it! Haaahaa! I just want a front row seat, so tag me when you start a journal! Im not good at strain recommendations because there are sooo many options! Im sure you will get plenty of options in this post! If you have any questions feel free to tag me or DM me! I'd be happy to help!

Which type of nutes would you recommend for a rwdc of that size that are "ph perfect". I'm looking for something simple to use my first few grows that won't constantly need ph and ppm checked... Hence the 24 gallon totes I'm going to be using. (I've read that ph and ppm is easier to maintain and hold steady in larger reservoirs.)

@Prophetiko I have no clue how to DM on here so I'll probably just ask questions this way. What are the thumbnails under people's names? Are those the people that liked a post or something?
The other question I had was in my previous post... What are decent "ph perfect" nutes that won't cost me and arm and a leg? I'm a huge fan of the K.I.S.S method in every thing I do, so the fewer parts, the better.

Welcome to the AFN Family, Dichoti! :toke::smoking:

Northern Lights has always been a good producer without too much odor. Walter White is very good smoke, not much smell, but (at least for us) tends to run long from seed to harvest. But well worth the wait.

If you click on a members avatar a box will open with options. Select "start a conversation" and you are now chatting privately:thumbsup:.
The thumbnails are badges given for various things. Post counts, completed grows, just being a good neighbor:coffee: I bet you ain't far from getting a few:yay:
Karma for your future crops!

Hi and welcome to AFN. Good vibes :vibe:for you to achieve over 1kg grow. Looks like your off to a good start with everything. I know Advanced Nutrients has the PH perfect that self adjusts and I think Remo nutes is pretty similar. Some others might be able to jump in and give their experiences on nutes.

You'd do well to follow this link, check out the stickies and the grows. I'm a sod buster myself, can't even spell rwdc:biggrin:
