Can´t find any CBD high autos there and I haven´t found any proof from analysis on "CBD Seeds" strains.
I know it's not answering the question but Royal Queen Seeds have the highest photo period CBD strains I've come across so far.

the FIN-314 strain is the legal strain in Finland, cause its barely got any THC in it, its used and farmed for its fibre`s and to make hemp oil, you probably have to smoke a whole field of it go get high, thats why its legal. Dont see any point on growing this, since you can just go search for a hemp field and pick as much of it as you want! x)
Another strain called FIN-420 is what you want if you wanna get high, i dont know about THC and CBD conent in it tho. Heres a little info i translated from Finnish weed forums
