What are these spots?

This morning the blue dream is growing great still has darker edges even on new growth. The Pineapple Express is not doing that well this morning she was looking really good. This was after I took the play sand out and also a few roots that had grown into the sand. Lessened learned never again will I use sand! Both plants had the sand removed and unfortunately some of the roots that had grown into the sand and not the coco. Both plants have the same darker margins. The Pineapple Express is drooping again? Not sure why one plant wouldn't hardly be effected and the other one drooping?

Also going to cut the watering way back and hopefully they'll bounce right back!!

edge color is fine on new growth,.. it'll even out as it matures and hardens.... Drooping from overwatering, or under? Only you know this,... and don't let it get too dry either, stressed roots won't appreciate it, and you likely have that going on,...

Dropping from over watering. I was following the guy in YouTube to a t he said you can never over water with coco! His name is grow pot cheaply. His suggestion is to water 2 times per day if you have the time. Now in his latest video he said he waters 4 times s week at one minute intervals twice the day he waters. No I know thanks to your help I've clearly been overwatering. Should I still add some calmsg? I'm running mid 300's tds right now

Weeeellll, it's harder to overwater with coco, but in plastic pots vs. fabric, it's more likely to happen,.. overwatering smothers the roots, restricting gas exchange, and fabric pots help greatly with this.... unless you have dedicated coco nutes, Ca-Mg is necessary at each watering,... coco is a very specialized medium, with several CEC properties that make it more tricky than soil or peat based soilless... Have you done some research on it? It cannot be treated like soil or peat-based, or troubles are guaranteed,.... there's lots of info here on coco, the web, etc.,... got the PM, and I recall now-- it's Transport right? That alone isn't a supplement, it's what you dissolve in it that gets carried into the deeper leaf tissues,... Transport is just the carrier...

Okay so I dried the coco by not watering then made new grow solution. My plants are looking very happy. The Pineapple Express had come back from i thought was a sure death. I'm about 31 days old. Still using floranova grow and calmag plus. Thinking I should start to see sex by now. But so far nothing. Probably cuz of all the stress they been under

:smoking: Hey bud-- Ahhh, I see the odd color breaking all over new and old growth,.. and on both plants, unrelated strains,... I don't like that, it's generally not a good sign... since it's on them both, a common factor is causing it; environmental isn't behind this that I can think of so it leaves nutritional and alarmingly, diseases... I don't want you to wigg-out, it's very unlikely to be disease, so lets eliminate some things,... Are you using Ca-Mg product? If it's a Mg thing, it's atypical in symptoms.. How old are the nutes? .. How careful are you about cross contamination between them? .. Storage conditions? If you know exactly what your various nutes and supp's look like new, double check them all just to be sure-- stuff can go bad! .... I see wood chips in there; any exposure to tobacco products? other plants/dirty tools? On the outside chance this is viral, is why I'm asking,...

Posted in another thread about my plants not flowering yet. I'm on day 49 and they aren't showed yet. Looks like I've been given photo seeds. I've now switched the light cycle to 12/12....man I'm bummed!

Yep I did start the flower nutes...how long till these photos show sex? This is day 6, of 12/12
