Usually if it's the bottom leaves you need more. That's what it looks like to me. Still a lot better though, but let's get them girls back to 100%!
Man, ive upped the calmag to 1.5ml per litre but ive had to give them all plain water yesterday as i see slight nute burn due to also giving them pk 13/14 boost wich im not worried about. What i am worried about now are these FUCKING SPIDER MITES! assuming there spider mites.... ive purchased hot shot strips, mighty wash spray AND mite predator mites, all arriving tomorrow. Absolutly devastated! What you think?

Got the temps down to 24c with about 60-70% humidity to try and slow them down. What the fuck bro :( these hurdles are getting bigger!

Hang in there. You will get the hang of it. Very tough to grow through summer time. There are so many things going on outside that can infest the Indoors.
The plants will be fine if the stuff is coming tomorrow , no worries. They would have to completely infest for an entire month of a grow to really screw it up. This is nothing man. I know it suck when it happens though.

Your doing all you can. Once you realize the plants are really tough and get a hold of better controlling the environment the plants are in.
I use disinfectant wipes throughout my grow and wipe down the floors and walls. Keep any leaves or any organic matter, dirt out of the area. No chance for bugs to infest, due to no food sources. Dead plant matter will attract all kinds of bugs.
Keep it clean, keep working on it being stable, and the plants will thrive. That's what I have always done and had success with.

Yeh i kinda blame myself due to negligence of cleaning. Do you have any opinions on what ive purchased? I've read up on hot shot strips that there toxic and shit. Plants are only 40-50 days old so they still got another 40-50 days. Would it be safe to use.?

I don't have any experience with that stuff, sorry bro. Get your grow room clean too. It's never too late. Clean area can promote healthier environment overall.
Neem oil is always good to have around to do foliar cleaning or spraying early and that deters most pests. Go on You Tube and see what options they offer as well.
The plants don't look too bad. Some prevention and the couple things you are trying to do shouldn't be enough. Not a big fan of using chemicals to kill bugs. There are ways to keep them under control until you can through this gro. Still please take the time to really clean your grow room. Mine is really kept clean, and I never have problems in there. Outside is a different story.

Yes, the pesticide in No-Pest Strips is very toxic. But use of them is fully safe, as long as humans involved avoid exposure. The active agent is a vapor/gas. It simply is not absorbed by the plant. It is not like liquids where there are residues to be concerned about. And you can reuse the strips many times.

What I do is put the strips in the tent well exposed to air, seal up the tent (turn off relevant fans), definitely have internal tent fan(s) going, and let the air in the tent get saturated for say a 30 minutes. It gets rather strong, likely well above effective insect killing concentration. Any/all flying or surface (air breathing) insects will die. Make sure to have a good exhaust going in that room, unless your tent is genuinely air-tight. If you smell the stuff, you are being exposed, so hold your breath as you reenter the likely contaminated room and definitely the tent. I generally leave, come back in a 1/2 hour or after lunch; then holding my breath, remove and seal up the Strips; and turn on the usual exhaust fan/filter and let the toxic vapor be removed by the filter. Or I open the tent and let it and the now exposed room air out for say another 1/2-1 hour or whatever it takes. Make sure to wash your hands.

I recommend against the recommended way of using the strips - letting them be in a room for a long time - too much chance for stray exposure.
