What deficiency do you think this is?

It's my first grow and I've been to every website and felt like this one had the best info and most helpful community...

I have learned a lot from the grow journals and general abundance of knowledge comprised in these forums.

So my question is....

Is this a classic cal/mag deficiency?

The plant is a Think Different Grown in OF with 400w MH at day 21. Using tap water with only Rhizotonic at a ph of 5.9 and runoff of 6.2...

It isn't rampant, but I would like to correct it before they get much further along.

From what I've gathered from the site it looks like a simple cal/mag deficiency, but I wanted to get the opinion of the pros first...

Looks very similar to bleaching I had.
Are you foliar spraying?

No spraying.

Just Tap water and Rhizotonic root stimulator, which has splashed on the leaves. I didn't think it could do that kind of damage.

I typically water them before lights out, so they don't get the light heat on their wet leaves...

Water droplets on leaves = refraction of light.. Burns!
I thought I had a calcium deficiency until I realised I had a pythium outbreak!
Keep your eye on it and keep the photos updated

I will make an concentrated effort to avoid spilling any water on the leaves from this point forward. And continue monitoring the new growth for any more yellowing.

Hey man. I have always read that it's better to water right when they wake up at lights on so that they have the entire 'day' to use as much as possible. Plus wet and dark is potential mold.

I doubt it's cal/mag. I wouldn't expect to a cal/mag deficiency this early, especially in OF soil. Your pH looks good so I'm inclined to agree that it might just have been some nutrient splash.

Also, it's always helpful if you include a picture of the whole plant along with the closeups. Sometimes looking at the overall condition of the plant can give as good an indication as a closeup.

Looks like a couple more spots showing up, so I am looking to get this little issue under control...
