I am confused now too, ive always read that but i get what i thought was a much better yield this way.

You surely could get a better yelds with defol especially in tight spaces. But you could get even better yelds just with bending, if space allows. If there is no space for that - defol is surely the way to go! Just do it very carefully and only when really needed, that's it! Try to do it, there always will be a next plant and you will know well what to do just after few grows.

I aint no pound grower but i think 9 oz from a itty bitty space is pretty good .
Works for me anyway.

I'd be a proud grower if I got 9oz from one auto plant!
