It's possible one plant is a bit more sensitive than the others, after all, they're from seeds and therefore not genetically identical. It does look slightly over-fertilized and also heat stressed to me. I notice some cupping of the serrated leaf edges, also visible on the plant in the back of the second pic...possibly the air is a bit too dry in there too...and possibly the lights are a little close. Light intensity, temperature and humidity are all inter-related and need to be monitored and controlled. Do you have any idea what the relative humidity is and are you controlling it? Make sure your fan isn't blowing right on the plants too, that will dry the leaves out if the humidity is marginal.
I recommend getting a decent pH meter because it's so critically important to maintain proper pH. Drops or test strips are not ideal but better than nothing if you can't afford a meter.
