Grow Mediums What household things are pH4 and pH7 to use to calibrate?

Got a pH pen but nothing to calibrate it....what could I use to get a pH 4 and pH7?

Like vinegar?

Milk of Magnesia is a base as is Ammonia
You could use lemon juice for an acid

According to the MSDS sheet, Listerine has a ph of 4.2 @68 degrees.

Nothing is going to be consistent enough to calibrate.Your better off getting the solution from a grow store or online.

I have read that cool coffee is 5.0 and cool milk is 6.7.

Thanks for the replies...no hydro-store around and cannot order online these days unfortunately.
Having an Airpot soil grow going-on but want to try the Hempy style, prepared 10 bottles (2.25 liters) and beaned them tonight.

Wheree do you live, you cant order online ..no grow store also.. sorry i stop.. s sortout all mi gear problems.. then reboot.. you get in middle,a a sweet grow..and a massive hiccup comes about ..[emoji19] [emoji32] [emoji90] [emoji90] [emoji90] [emoji90]

I found a ph chart online somewhere that told household liquids. I think I found the link here but don't know where but I think it was a Bing search.

I have GH Ph down but use baking soda as a Ph up
