Roots look good. I was thinking if they hadn't hit the water yet they might not be getting enough nutes but that doesn't appear to be the case. What nutrients are you using?

First time I've seen those nutes. They look pretty mild so I would suggest upping them to the week 4 schedule. I think their ppm on the cal/mag is a little low for autos. I'd up that a bit. I set my cal/mag to between 125 - 150 ppm per gallon. I would also suggest you up your room temperature if you can. 72 is on the low side. You will get much better transpiration and the accompanying uptake of nutrients with temps in the 80 - 82 degree range for HPS and a bit higher, around 84 - 85, with T5s and LEDs.

Is this a calcium def? Mag? Someone told me they think its a rust mold? I sprayed them with Plant Cleanse and Vital Rise from Skunk Labs (which treats molds and fungus's) just in case. I only have 1 application so far, it says to apply every three days.

Should i add a teaspoon of epsom salt to the buckets? would it help?

Sorry, forgot they are photos. I've never seen an MJ plant with rust mold and after looking it up, I don't see any signs of it on your plants. Now that it's progressed a bit more the symptoms are becoming clearer. The discoloration along the leaf edges indicates a P and K issue. I'm also seeing a little mag deficiency creeping in. What's most telling is the close up of the stem. I can plainly see some red coloration on them. While that can be genetic, it is also a clear indicator of a P deficiency. Your pH has also gone up from 5.9 in post #1 to 6.1. If you look at the attached chart you can see at 6.1 both P and K are locked out.



I would suggest getting your pH down to 5.8 to alleviate the lockout and upping your room temperature to improve transpiration. You might also consider doing a foliar spray with a mild nutrient solution. That will help get some P and K to them while the pH readjusts.

Thanks alot, i will put what you said to good use! I will re-adjust the PH when i get home, also i bumped up the PPM's to around 310 on the blue dream and vanilla kush. Much appreciate the time you have taken to help me. I will repost updated pics in a few days.

Second what Muddy writes.I had a Plant looking simmilar like this and Muddy pointed it to a lack of P i adjusted that and they bounced back.
