New Grower What is this? Overwatered or thirps?

I watered them last on Thursday and on one of the pots I had a lot more drainage then I was expecting on one of them...I'm thinking its this one lol but i also read thirps could be also..

I'm thinking its over watering because their just so droopy and flacid lol...can it be saved? I'm pretty sure the pixs are of the same plant

Your entire pot should be moist at this point but not soaked.They look fine to me so don't worry.

Looks good to me also. In the future, take your pictures with the lights off so we can see the true color of the leaves.

OK,I kept a fan on them all night and rotated them a couple times since their in air pots and they seem to be doing much better.. But ok makes sense.

I think I'm going to start a journal so I don't have to keep making threads
