Could need cal/mag, but also what's your water source? Looks like it could be a potassium deficiency, too, by the looks of the big leaf in the bottom of the pic. Is that leaf really dry and crumbly (the blurry one)?

humidity is between 45% and 60% at its highest. Water is r/o water which i PH down to 6-7 ( i use those ph paper strips cuz im poor) Yeah the leaf looks like hell. and they doo seem to dry up a little. but the ONLY leafs that do this are the fan leafs. I thought calmag but wasn't sure.
