Hi guys just wondering what strand would be the best for the most yeild for a beginner. I was looking into dark devil auto and was wondering if it's a good choice.
Thanks

It's not "known" as a massive yielder but can go big....sometimes the buds will come out semi-airy. I think it's fair to say you have to grow it well for it to yield large.

Dark Devil is more of a Taste, Smell, Bag Appeal, Potency deal....kinda connoisseur, fun to pop out a nug in a group of friends sorta thing.
Not a get the most out of every single plant thing.

I'm a beginner newb running Dark Devils but I don't really care how much I get this time around as long as it's yummy and gets me high...and is appealing to gift to friends. :)

Herbie's Auto Flower website has a category specifically listing high yield strains, and most of them are pretty accurate. I would do some background research on the breeders
before taking a suggestion though. :)

Good Luck!

Dutch Passion has some yield specialists that are also very good....Think Different, AutoMazar...

Both companies are represented in the Seed Vendors sub-forum...go poke your nose around the grow and smoke reports....:)

:rofl:Damit Trapper are you reading my mind?Almost every post you have is almost identical to what I was going to say. That makes you a smart man my friend not unlike myself.

Ok thanks bro I will look around but I think I will come back to the dark devil later on.

auto pounder and northern lights x big bud are also great yielders

I find that beginner-easily grown-expected high-yield is a potentially precarious combo...the imperative to both do everything right and push the plant to the edge can lead to over-reaction due to inexperience and the desire to correct rapidly. It just presents so much anxiety to have such high (forgive the pun) expectations...makes you rush into things and take actions before a firm grasp of the issue is identified.

My advice (and it's only that) would be to pick something highly resistant to stress and mold, etc., that isn't known for nute sensitivity, that is an above average yielder and just grow it as "middle of the lane" as possible....learn what you have to learn with lower stakes (even if they are self-imposed) enjoy what you yield and make improvements and raise expectations incrementally as you go along.

BTW, Autopounder is a great recommendation, as is NLxBB (World of Seeds? I Think?) NLxBB is known as a great starter plant because it's pretty sturdy and hard to mess up, but it's also known as a great bud to smoke :)

your choice of dark devil would be a good one , all of the sweet seeds strains grow to be quite large

best of luck with your search
