I have a bubbler, few kgs of worm cast and a bottle of blackstrap molasses.

I'm on Day 29 with my 6 plants. Most showed sex 5-6 days ago. Growing really well.

I feel like making some tea cos I'm idle and have all the tools I need it seems. Questions:

1. How much do I make? I read that they should be used asap after brewing so you can't keep them? Also, I do not plan to use it as a main feed. Meaning, no watering till run off. Perhaps a couple hundred mls to a litre per plant after 2-3 days of watering? My pots take a long time to dry so i don't wanna keep them from their nutes too long. How do you guys decide how much?

2. Is there a good time/bad time/ best time to feed tea? I would think now is best cos still vegging and the N plus carbs would be beneficial? I realize the main benefit is having bioavailable nutes and micro organisms that in plain words, just do good for the plants.

3. Is there a recipe you swear by? I can find loads online and are all pretty similar. Looks easy enough to not screw up...that badly.

4. Foliar viable? Cos already showing sex. I did still mist them a little with mixture of Liquid Silicone and Mangrove wood vinegar these last few days. Plan to stop right away.

Or just stick with soil drenching?

My first thread on this section. Hope its as efficient as every one says....love u guys!

Mate , do not follow me , I take stuff out of my environment . I just muck around , @Eyes on Fire would understand , , I am in the tropics - bit different .
But in saying that , If you understand your environment [ Soil ] , with soil there are a number of people here that can help . One of the first things is ask yourself -- why -- are you growing organic . Do you understand you N .P.K and .in puts , @Equatorial , There are a number of factors that come into play , It is hard to advise without understanding what you end aim is . The more info you give , the better the advise you will get . Organic does not come out of a bag .

1. How much do I make?well, if your not going to do a drench(which is fine) I would use 1-2 cups per pot. I read that they should be used asap after brewing so you can't keep them?Use Immediately.Doesn't store. Also, I do not plan to use it as a main feed. Meaning, no watering till run off. Perhaps a couple hundred mls to a litre per plant after 2-3 days of watering? My pots take a long time to dry so i don't wanna keep them from their nutes too long. How do you guys decide how much? For 6 plants in what 3-5 gallon pots? 3 gallon 1 cup and 5 gallon I would use a little more than 1 cup but under 2 if they stay moist a lot longer.

2. Is there a good time/bad time/ best time to feed tea?indoors in a tent I like to do it about an hour before lights pop on personally. but mid morning works fine too along with foliar. I would think now is best cos still vegging and the N plus carbs would be beneficial? I realize the main benefit is having bioavailable nutes and micro organisms that in plain words, just do good for the plants. if they are autos a little bit back would have been ideal but early pre flower is also fine.for cheap you can get a bag of bokashi to mix with it.Once a week if the moisture is not too high.

3. Is there a recipe you swear by?Yes. I can find loads online and are all pretty similar. Looks easy enough to not screw up...that badly.

4. Foliar viable?Sure it is,just go a little easier on the moles ass juice(Molasses) Cos already showing sex. I did still mist them a little with mixture of Liquid Silicone and Mangrove wood vinegar these last few days. Plan to stop right away.

Or just stick with soil drenching? Soil drench at this point if the pistils are coming out well now.As for strengths an amounts?. . . I would use a cheese cloth(if no extract bag is available) and a cpl of fist fulls of EWC and something like 15-30 mls of Moles ass Juice.tie the EWC in the cheese cloth and take twine and make a teabag.bubble for 24 hours of so and use that.then top coat with the leftovers.

so 6 plants that dry slowly you would only need roughly a 8-12 cup tea essentially. a lil more possibly.like 13 cups but less than a gallon.a smaller short brew is good. Happy harvesting bud.

I keep forgetting I can tag people too....i was always just hoping the ppl i wanna tag chance upon my post and post a reply. Silly me....

Thank you so much!

Is it possible to just use the tea to substitute water and mix regular nutes into it? This way, i can feed just once. I will check EC and ppm before watering. What do you recommend? The last feed was 800+ppm and about 1.6EC. They took it well and new growths are pale, which tells me a higher next feed is ok.

A few budsites are starting to grow tiny mothballs of flower (Just a few) so I want to serve them the tea asap, to give them that final push. Hopefully they can develop fully and darken their color before full flower. They are still stretching at the moment though.

I already have about 600grams EWC + 30mls of Fish & Seaweed Extract + 2 big tablespoon full of mole ass juice bubbling in 16 litres of water using a 2.6W cheapo pump in a 5 gallon bucket. No cheese bag just straight into water. I'll be watering them straight into soil. Is this recipe ok? Any amendments you suggest?

I emailed the local Growth Technology rep and they said its ok to mix in their nutes with organic compost or wormcast tea. So i plan to use those tea in 36 hours or so and mix in grow nutes + liquid silicone to bring PH to around 6. Will feed immediately after mixing. Your thoughts?

Does this sound ok to you? If this works, I'll do the same thing but add tiny bit of bat and seabird guano (Powder and granule form) to brew with, during flowering.

I give 24/0 lights with 2 hour sunlight each day. With cobs at less than 2 ft away, i believe I may be underfeeding them. New growths on larger plants have the most pale growths while smaller plants are less affected. When I do comparisons on AFN, they always seem larger but that can just be me.

Sorry for a long ramble...I really do appreciate it very much!
