Got $300 to drop on a new led

Looking at vipars or marshydros

Is there a difference in the rectangle and square vipars 300w??

Im thinking 2 300w watts will benefit me better rather than a 600 w if i want to move to a new tent

Maybe two of these? dont really like em to much not sure any thoughts..Found 2x for cheaper around 210$
