Chicken thighs in goop.

Trader Joes (TJ) carrot ginger soup into a bowl, and stirred
in a tblsp of TJ garlic mush, a can of TJ coconut cream, a tblsp of TJ dry chili paste,
and a half dozen shakes of Melindas Extra Hot Sauce.

After cooking added a heaping tsp of Ginger People minced ginger to give it a little extra zip.

Mixed veggies and turkey indonesian style (hoooot!)

Paccheri (typical South of Italy pasta) with porcini mushrooms, sausage, sun dried tomatoes.

Paccheri with clams! Symple garlic, parsley, White wine and chili

One of the best pizzas i've had (i live in the heart of pizza-culture ) the point of the cone is full of ricotta cheese and salami, the rest is tomato-mozzarella and deep fried aubergines with basil and Parma ham....orgasmic!

Goat cheese with Rosemary, bacon and some wild spices

This evening i will cook with a friend: handmade spaghetti "cacio e pepe" a parmesan/pecorino cheese and black pepper creme...good bottle of red wine, some outdoor indica and enjoy the world

Here's what i had last night
Smoked cod cooked in a little olive oil and butter , baby asparagus with crushed garlic and butter then both dribbled with lemon juice at the end and salt and pepper
and a gourmet seafood salad
