Tropical chicken with ceasar salad
Pan fried chicken breast topped with tomato paste , slices of champagne ham , pineaple slices and slices of tasty cheese then baked in oven untill cheese has melted !!!

Last time i'll prepare such as a dish for a couple of months (i'm on diet!:No:) you will see a lot of rice/veggies/meat instead :D
Olive oil (homemade!) in a pan with garlic and chili, add crumbled sausage and stir fry. Add White wine, let evaporate, add black olives with fennel seeds. Add the freshly cut cherry tomatoes, basil and some sundried tomatoe to add flavour. When the pasta is cooked, drain it and add to the sauce, stir fry for a couple of minutes and serve immediately. You can also add some cream to it for a thicker, smoother version! Buon appetito :)

For lunch i have: 2 Whole eggs, 200ml albumen, 100 gr ham and 2 bananas...nothing i can make something interesting with:stylez rasta smoke: aaaaaahhh i love eating too much...have to lose 15 pounds for Xmas! Clint i will definately get ideas from your healthy n flavourfull dishes for the next months !!

Ooo, La, La...Today we'll prepare this lovely Goose the AFN way.
First take 1/2 oz (14g to you Europeans) of dried Cannabis; sautee in equal parts of butter with onion, celery and magic mushrooms (optional). Pour over cubed Cannacorn bread. Stuff the bird and truss; rub the Goose with a good amount of Olive oil enfussed with dried cannabis.

Roast the bird in a 350F oven for 25 minutes a pound. While the Goose is roasting. Sit down and roll yourself a phattie; turn on some Bob Marley and relax.

When the Goose is cooked you'll be cooked as well.
