New Grower What's going on with this little 2, Help!

Hi guys i've recently started a grow journal, you can check the main thread here:

This post it's about a more urgent question, i hope you can help me on it. It's day 16 since i started germination and 2 of my 12 kids seems to be having growing problems.
In one of them the leaves started looking decay, even i can see an slighty brownish rim on the new leaves. Even though, it has gained some heigh but not as much as his fellow partners, wich looks way more healthier:

The second one it's like it just stopped growing since i transplanted it, even its cotyledon is still almost closed:

I don't know what to do, all my others kids looks great, but i dont want to lose this two anyway. They are placed in a 7 lt pot and have been watered with just a little of vegetative fertilizer and root stimulator, keeped at 20/4 light schedule.

10 good looking and 2 runts.sometimes it happens and we get a real week seedling,not much to my knowledge can be done other than give them a week to catch up.
may have to make another decision come that time.
