Too much nitrogen is the culprit, but to figure out how to correct it we need to know what soil you use, what nutes you are using and how much. Have you switched to flowering nutes yet?

Coco
1200w led and 250w hps
Bio bloom big bud
I was using pk13/14 for the first 3 weeks

wow, you must have more than just that one plant for all that light. But it's a bit unusual to show N toxicity with bio bloom. it's already low on N. I would ease up on the nutes for the next feed and watch to see if any new tips form claws. I would also water once with plain water till you see a bit of water in the tray, don't have to flush it, just dilute whats already in the soil. The ones that are already damaged will not come back but new ones should be fine.

:toke: tez-- what size tent, and how far away are the lights? What kind of set-up are you using for coco? I have to ask, did you do some research on coco beforehand? [HASHTAG]#1[/HASHTAG] problem with coco and new growers: they treat coco like true soil, and it's anything but,...they way you feed, the pH you run at, the amount of run-off you need to put through each time, (never water alone, this has to do with it's odd CEC properties... cation exchange capacity), the several critical do's and don't's,... to much to list here! Coco has more in common with hydro than true soil in many ways....
So that said, I see no info about your grow nutes,.... Big Bloom is not a real fertilizer, look at the NPK#'s.. all in the decimals range, beyond weak; it's a fine product, but not a proper bloom fert',... Big Bud is a supplement,... were you using the high PK during veg' phase? What dosage and frequency? Low N like that will make for stunted plants,...this is not an N issue either, BTW (sorry GG!)..... she does look nute burned, and likely, off pH in-pot,... the looks of the bud says P is either lacking now, or locked out by overly acidic pH,... likely the whole CEC deal in there is messed up... do you have a good working pH meter, recenlty calibrated, and a TDS/EC meter? These are must-haves for coco growing,...
