Some leaves of my 2 week old auto are a tinge yellow and seem like they are dying.

I'm not sure what it may be i moved lights up about another 2 inches just in case im burning the plant. oh and i've recently started watering more as i beleive i was depriving my plant of water. now i do 2 basic pill bottles of water when needed.

this picture shows how small my autoflower is T_T. its well into week 2 and has 2 23 watt cfls right above and 2 on the sides so that 4 23 watt cfls on one autoflower.

what should i be seeing and am i about to lose my first plant already?

Hi falling snow, with that much info its impossible to say,.whats your temp and RH, have you started feeding nutes yet, when you say depriving them water how badly depriving?? What grow medium you using and ph of feeding water...

Dont lose faith just yet!! :karma Cloud:

I am using FFoF with top 1/4th flushed.

I'm not givving it any nutrients other than what came in the soil except once i used a superthrive and water mix in a light spray.

im was using spray bottle to water it and clicking only 4-6 times each watering just started using 2 pill bottles or a 1/4th glass cup to water it with.

Whats going on?

Hi i'm in the middle of week 2 for my biodiesal mass auto and its getting these orange tinge marks everywhere. i am using 4 23 watt cfls for it 2 above and two beside. i'm watering very lightly for first 2 weeks and just started yesterday watering it with 2 basic pill bottles full of water. i'm using FFoF as the soil with the top 1/4th layer flushed with distilled water. also my water i use is walmart distill since i do not have any ph testing equipment currently (waiting for payday) i do not give it nutrients but have sprayed it once with a super thrive/water mix where i put half what it recommends in a gallon of distilled water. pictures are below.

orange tinge plus what looks like wilting T_T

So what is going on here? maybe i had the lights too close and burned them or maybe i just do not have good ventilation and should ventilate more or am i under watering? i was told the soil was more than enough nutes for autos for the first 3 weeks and was told 3 23 watt cfls were enough for one auto and i am using 4 for the one auto and in same room i'm growing a photo with 4 more so all in all that 8 cfl's in a 4 by 6 room with a fan on low.

Watering I spray 4-6 Times for a seedling then after second.set of leaves come through up it to about 75-100ml as she needs it (typically once 3-4 days). I dont introduce any nutes for 14-18 days, some do however and get massive yields, In your other post you mentioned half strength super thrive, I would have diluted to 1/4 strength so maybe thats your cause, I believe your light setup is suitable... Too much light would have seen more of a bleaching effect... Do you have a thermometer and hygrometer?

unfortunately i do not have many of the needed equipment for problem free growing. right now what i have is sadly what i have T_T

all i am trying to do is see this plant through to completion but i am terrified that i've gone and killed her. my brother did get something called jacks fertilizer or whatever which i can post more about tomorrow to see what you guys think. right now im about 14-17 days old. those pictures are up to date so what are your observation thus far? later today i can take more pictures if you would like. just name what you want to know more about and ill do my absolute best to keep you guys up to date with everything. i want to get as much help as possible from you experienced growers and hopefully get there myself soon.

Without knowing the temps, RH, PH your gomna struggle, it is possible I grew a photo on a stepladder by the window without any equipment or nutes put into flower early and got a measly 14g lol..

Yea i know i dont have the most appealing setup but im hoping it would work to let it go through its life cycle T_T

I watered it tonight with some super thrive water to see if the added nutrients would do anything but at this point i'm just trying to keep her alive and kicking. shouldn't it be growing much faster than it is?

i'll definitely be getting things to test ph and temps halfway through this grow but as of right now there isn't anything i can do.

FFOF is considered too `Hot`(too much nutes) for many auto seedlings. It looks like it`s stunted your girl(maybe burnt her)! If using that medium, it should be diluted/mixed with a `lighter` medium, to `cut` it(so t`speak). :2cents: I`m sure someone else will chime in(if I`m off the mark!). :peace:
