Mexican airlines plant on day 26 with curled down sets of leaves up top...the plant seems a little stunted. I have been watering with just water and the plant is in a 5 gal pot with a happy frog/ocean forest 50/50 mix, but with 4" of ocean forest at the bottom and 4" of happy frog at the top. The plant seems a bit stunted compared to my others...what's wrong here?

weird! No nutes, and it looks dead on for N toxicity,.. I will say that FF soils are a serious gamble these days, mostly badly acidic undercooked shit,... you did the right thing layering them though,...let's see what the normal light pics look like,...

Thanks for being willing to help. Here are some pics in regular light....Day 29...I haven't seen any growth for days...

I usually try to avoid telling someone to flush, but I think that's the only thing that may straighten this out. Somewhere in your medium mix things are too hot and you are getting N toxicity. I think I would give her a 3 times the volume of the pot flush. On the last of the water going in give her some mild nutes in pH adjusted water. @Waira do you think I'm on the right track here?

... might be HM, this is strange for sure, but then, it Fuxfarms soil, sooo,... ... Blaz', do you have a pH meter for testing liquids? Or a soil pH probe? Growth has halted you say,... stranger still, .. she looks great other than the curls/clawing,... I'm with HM, I don't like to recommend flushing, but if you must, them doing this run-off pH test and calculation will be little further bother, and might prove the flush isn't needed... - https://www.autoflower.org/threads/...-testing-and-ph-estimation.41733/#post-928975 ... follow directions carefully, and let us know what you get for pH,.. if you have a TDS or EC meter, a reading of the collected run-off will help offer other clues,...

Too much nitro is my opinion.which more then likely threw yur ph off

kkeniff, did you read the other posts? No nutes have been added, and yes, this looks like N tox', which I blame on the lousy OF soil, also known well for badly off pH.. but it has nothing to do with the apparent toxicity here; of all the nutes, N is the most robustly available across the widest pH range of them all,... Also, N is taken up by the plant whether it needs it or not, one reason why N tox' is so common....

I am borrowing a pH meter tonight to find out more info....it seems like N toxicity is the diagnosis though...3 times the volume of the pot seems like a lot of water, as my pot is a 5 gal pot. Any other opinions on flushing and the volume of water, or does that sound about right?

Ya i did @waira.happy frog soil already has nutes in it..so with every watering yur feeding.
