What's wrong with my girl

First time grower here. Growing in OF and perlite. 3 of my four plants look great but this girl is discolored. Plant is 3 weeks old and hasn't had any nutes just straight tap water.View media item 15473

Can’t see the pic but I believe fox farm can be quite hot. Are all the plants the same strain?

Really? It's in fox farm soil so its not likely a nute deficiency. Does it have the appearance of a cal/mag issue

...we need better pics, I can't really see the symptoms here,.. if it on the tops, it's likely a micronutrient defc...

soils, especially OF, are notorious for badly off pH,.. despite the popularity, their quality control is very spotty that we've seen here; it's the 1# problem soil I see here,.. I recommend getting an Accurate 8 soil pH probe for direct in-pot testing,... run-off is not reliable, and what goes in for pH is not what the actual in-pot pH is,... also, no soil like this has a balanced complete nutrients in them,...
