Harvest & Curing When is the Best Time to Harvest?

Ive always harvested when the plants hairs are all orange and when the trichs are cloudy. But ive read some forums and threads that say otherwise. Im just wondering If anybody has input on this and if so whats the best balance of yeild and potency when harvesting.

Plant is ready when trichs are cloudy.
But some people like to complicate things and harvest at different stages. Some prefer more clear trichs, some prefer more amber trichs. But peak flowering is when they're cloudy.

That's a Samsung 9+ but I also have a Plugable USB microscope that works really well too. Here is the one from amazon just under $40 shipped.
