I have a couple White Widow by Vision now 14 days old. When I put the seeds in the pot, I pushed a long pipe cleaner into the soil just beside the seed and left it stick out of the soil about 8 inches. My plan was to use this pipe cleaner to bend the seedling over for LST. I bent them over today, day 14. It appears that it is going to work as planned, but did I start the LST too early, or is there really even such a thing as too early LST?:peace:

Everyone has a preference. I usually do it after the fourth leaf set but so much depends on the seedling/plant.

Good luck with your grow!

I put the lights on the side and let seedligs reach for the light, then spin the pot and let them reach the other way. Its one way of LSTing from early on. Yours sounds fine too
