New Grower when to plant

have 2 seeds cracked and small tail 1/4 to 1/2 can i pot these now or wait for longer root i have roots organic in 3 gal pots and added a cup of distilled water to each pot
is that enough moisture to stick them in and what is considered a good watering for a 3 gal pot when its time to water

Plant them now.Poke a hole about 1/2 inch deep and put the seed in just deep enough tocover the seed and gently firm the soil around the seed .Give it a little water and cover with some plastic wrap to keep the soil moist. You can run your lights to keep the soil a little warm and they should pop in a few days,then remove the plastic.The next time you water make sure you water the whole pot until water comes out the bottom. Ten lift the pot and it should be heavy and check it every day and when it feels light again and the top is dry it's time to water again.
