Indoor when to switch from M/H to HPS for autoflowers

i have no idea as to when i should change to a hps bulb. should i wait for a verticle growth to stop? any reason that makes it clear to me is greatly appreciated. why and when kind of thing so ill no for the future.

You got it right, change when vertical growth slow or stops that's when to start flowering nutes as well.
