New Grower Where is the best place to purchase stuff to start a grow?

Does such a place exist? I mean a 1 stop shopping site that carries all of the different things we need to get going. Is it just catch as catch can (is that even the phrase?)? Even though I can't grow atm, no one says I can't shop me up a wish list!

I got all my equipment ( I do mostly hydro ) from Ebay. I've not had one problem with anything I've bought incliding my lights, both LED and a 600 watt MH. And you can create lists, save favorite vendors, etc. Amazon has some great prices and I do buy there occasionally. However, I personally don't like that they "favor" one vendor to the expense of others on their site. Example, someone my have the lowest price, but they don't get the free shipping option so their final price ends up higher. Also have been unimpressed by the packaging for shipping on items from Amazon themselves.
